Easy Vegan Burger Recipe - Easy Veggie Burger Recipe

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons of olive oil,

1 large onion,

4 cloves of garlic,

2 carrots,

1 zucchini,

1.5 cups of canned beans,

1.5 tablespoons of cumin,

1.5 tablespoons of coriander,

3 tablespoons of peanut butter,

1/2 teaspoon of sunflower seeds,

1/4 bunch fresh coriander,

1 teaspoon of salt,

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.

For service:

8 hamburger buns,

2 tomatoes,

1 small curly lettuce.

If you keep the mortar you prepared in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes, you can easily shape the meatballs in molds or in your hands wetted with water.

You can use hamburger buns after heating them in the oven or in a clean pan. Instead of Mexican beans, you can choose boiled dried beans.

Grate the peeled zucchini and carrots with the coarse side of the grater. Chop the onion into piyaz or small cubes as desired. Grate the garlic. Finely chop the fresh coriander.

Heat the olive oil in a pan. Saute the chopped onions until they turn colour. After adding the grated garlic and vegetables, continue the sautéing process.

Keep the mortar you have taken from the stove aside to cool. After draining the water, mash the canned Mexican beans, which will make the vegan burger thick, without crushing it too much.

Put the warm sauteed vegetables and coarse bean puree into the mixing bowl. Add finely chopped fresh coriander, sunflower seeds, cumin, coriander, peanut butter, salt and pepper and mix.

Using round steel molds, shape the stomach-friendly hamburger patty on a greaseproof paper. Fry in a hot pan until the back and front turn colour.

Slice the tomatoes into rounds. After washing the curly lettuce leaves in plenty of water, dry them. Place lettuce leaves on the bottom of the hamburger buns that you have opened in the middle. Add the tomato slices.

After adding the vegan meatballs that you have prepared in a way that is big and thick enough to cover the tiny burger buns, close the breads. Serve without waiting, share with your loved ones.

You can increase the fiber and pulp amount of the recipe by using the hamburger breads you prepare at home from buckwheat flour or wholemeal flour. You can apply tomato sauce or peanut butter that you have prepared on both sides of the hamburger buns.
