Easy Vegan Taco Recipe

Ingredients

1 red pepper, pitted
4-5 pieces dried tomatoes
2 cups refried beans
1 cup canned corn
Half a cup pickled jalapeno peppers

For sauce:
1 onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tomato
2 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon vinegar
