Ingredients:
For Cauliflower:
1 bowl of cauliflower,
1 pinch of salt,
1 pinch of black pepper,
1 pinch of ground red pepper,
1 pinch of cumin,
1 large size onion,
2 tablespoons olive oil,
1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise,
1 teaspoon bitter sauce.
For Celery:
1/2 celery,
1 pinch of salt,
1 pinch black pepper,
1 tablespoon olive oil,
1 teaspoon breadcrumbs,
For Vegan Coleslaw:
A small bowl white cabbage,
1 carrot,
1/2 green apple,
1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise,
1 teaspoon mustard,
1 pinch of salt,
1 pinch of black pepper.
For Burger:
1 piece burger bun (vegan),
1 teaspoon vegan mayonnaise,
1 teaspoon barbeque sauce (vegan),
2 lettuce leaves,
2 slices of tomato,
2 slices of red onion,
2 gherkins.
Recipe:
1. Mix only the small white parts of the cauliflower with spices and oil in a bowl. Cut the celery into sticks and mix with spices and oil in a separate bowl. Cook the vegetables you prepared in the hot air fryer for about 15-20 minutes.
2. While the cooked cauliflower is hot, coat it in vegan mayonnaise and hot sauce and keep it aside.
3. Sprinkle the celery with breadcrumbs and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. For the coleslaw, chop the cabbage finely, grate the carrots and chop the apples into matchsticks and mix them with vegan mayonnaise, mustard and spices in a bowl.
5. Toast the burger buns. Spread vegan mayonnaise and barbecue sauce mixture on the base.
6. Place shredded lettuce, tomato, onion and sliced pickles, and cauliflower with sauce to complete the vegan burger. Serve the celery and salad alongside the burger. Enjoy your meal.
