6 large carrots
10 dates
3 tablespoons agave syrup
2 tablespoons oatmeal
2 tablespoons of flax seeds
1 tea glass of walnuts
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Tips:
To avoid watering down, prepare it immediately and serve without waiting.
Recipe:
1. Grate the peeled carrots with the large part of the grater. Chop the pitted dates into small cubes.
2. Chop the walnuts into large pieces. Place all the chopped ingredients and grated carrots in a mixing bowl.
3. After adding oatmeal, flaxseed, cinnamon and agave syrup, mix all the ingredients.
4. Shape the raw cake mixture into silicone tart molds. After cooling in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, turn it upside down onto serving plates.
5. Serve after decorating with fresh fruit pieces and grated coconut.
